The information provided on the website and different media channels was all over the place. The customer journey was not understood and it was difficult to navigate through all the information on the website.
3Solution
We delivered a state-of-the-art, industry leading website. This gave TD a new look and feel for the mortgage sections of the website and the user’s experience totally revamped. A mortgage user was now able to follow the right path on the website, get all the information needed and make a decision. For media channels we created interesting and useful content to supplement the website.
